We here at KD Institute of Nursing Sciences believe in quality education to prepare the nursing graduates to meet the essential competencies, to incorporate evidence based practice, take up leadership roles in order to maintain and improve the quality of health care. I am really delighted that Since its inception in 2018 We offer programs like GNM, B.Sc. Nursing and also various post basic diploma courses. Our college has recognition from Gujarat Nursing Council and Gujarat University. Here we provide high quality education program which can meet global standards & we have grown to be one among the largest nursing institution in the state under the guidance and support of Management of Shri Harihar Maharaj Charitable Trust. Our institute is equipped with all modern educational technologies, state of art laboratories and well qualified teachers with established departments. The main advantage of joining our outgrowing KD family is that students can gain hands on experience in our own 300 bedded multi specialty KD hospital located in the same campus along with the nursing college and hostel which helps the Nursing students to get training 24 x 7 hours in a safe environment. What are the various facilities available at our College ?

What is the G.N.M. Program and what is its eligibility?

• The GNM programme is a 3 years course that was initiated in 2018 & is approved by the Gujarat Nursing Council.

• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years and maximum age limit is 35 years, completed on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV.

• 10+2 with English is mandatory and the candidate must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board.

What is the B.Sc Nursing Program and what is its eligibility ?

• The B.Sc Nursing programme is a 4 years course that was initiated in 2020 & is approved by the Gujarat Nursing Council as well as Gujarat University.

• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years and maximum age limit is 35 years, completed on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.

• 10+2 passing with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective (with aggregate of For General Category candidates 45%, For SC, ST, SEBC candidates 40%) from recognized board, is mandatory.
